长期从事功能糖尤其是稀有糖的合成及功能研究,主要承担糖生物工程、系统生物学与生物合成前沿、分子生物学实验等课程的讲授工作,获校级教学成果二等奖1项。近年来发表高水平研究论文30余篇,影响因子累积超过120;申请发明专利15件,已授权6件,其中国际发明专利1项;主持国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、山东省重点研发计划子课题、生化工程国家重点实验室开放基金项目、工业生物技术教育部重点实验室开放课题、企业横向课题等项目;江苏省科技副总特聘专家(2022),指导学生获得校级优秀毕业论文,本人获得江南大学本科优秀毕业论文指导教师,江南大学本科生优秀班主任,指导学生参加全国大学生生命科学竞赛获得国家一等奖,指导学生参加生命科学创新创业大赛获得国家二等奖。
