The School of Business Received the Teaching Achievement Award from the Education Bureau of Wuxi for Gradate Teaching

At the beginning of the new semester,the list of winners for the Wuxi Teaching Achievement Awards for the year 2023 was announced, and our School's project, titled "Open Integration, Collaborative Symbiosis, Value Co-creation: Exploration and Practice of High-Quality Business Graduate Education Model," was awarded the second prize.

Against the backdrop of the national emphasis on "deepening industry-education integration," this project took industry-education integration as the "core traction." It adhered to systematic thinking, systematically advanced integration, strengthened the "dual-element synergy" between universities and enterprises, deepened the "triple reform" of the training mechanism, training elements, and evaluation criteria, and perfected the "four-link connectivity" mechanism of the industry chain, innovation chain, education chain, and talent chain. It explored the key path of collaborative education between universities and enterprises through the "five links" and systematically constructed the "12345" innovative training system for business professional master's degree graduates, including "dual-subject management, dual-leading operation, dual-connecting construction," "integrated training programs, integrated mentor teams, integrated smart education platforms," and "innovative evaluation orientation, updated evaluation content, innovative evaluation system." The aim is to build an educational hub for cross-disciplinary collaboration between universities and enterprises, comprehensively enhance the innovative ability of business professional master's degree graduates. Significant achievements have been made through years of exploration and practice, and the relevant practices and experiences can provide inspiration and reference for the cultivation of innovative capabilities in professional master's degree education, with high promotion and application value.

In the next steps, the School of Business will fully leverage the exemplary role of the Teaching Achievement Award, continue to vigorously promote reforms in graduate education and teaching, deepen industry-education integration, explore characteristics and advantages, integrate resources, and strive to cultivate more high-level achievements in the research and practice of educational reforms, continuously improving the quality of talent cultivation.
