She is a native of Baishan city, Jilin province, a professor of Tianjiabing School of Educational Sciences in the Jiangna University, a master's tutor, an MBA supervisor at the business school, a commenter at the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a member of the Chinese Psychological Society. She ever worked at the People's Liberation Army Munitions University, as a captain from 2002 to 2004. Also, she is teaching in the Jilin University from 2004 to 2008.

She has chaired and completed the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education Social Science Foundation of China, Jiangsu Social Planning Foundation of China, Jiangsu Fifteen, fifteen, fifteen, the 14th five-year plan for education projects and municipal school-level projects, nearly 20 items, and won a number of municipal social sciences and scientific research awards.

As a national second-level psychological consultant, she is engaged in various fields of mental health education and psychological counseling work in the past decade, mainly by the psychological counseling mainstream treatment method of experiential training classroom, disassembling and sharing and perception. She is worked for targeted topics, trainings and lectures for Wuxi Yunlin elderly community, Jiangsu tax system, criminal investigation system, Disabled Persons Association system managers, special school teachers and business executives. At the same time, she has also done for the primary and secondary school teacher groups and student groups on psychological counseling lectures and case counseling.

Learning Experience:She obtained doctor degree of applied psychology and graduated from the Zhejiang University in 2008(industrial organizational psychology, National Key Disciplines, the nation's only laboratory for industrial psychology). As a visiting scholar, she studied at Thunderbird International Business School from 2012 to 2013.
