Deputy dean of the School of Humanities of Jiangnan University, Professor, Postgraduate tutor, member of the Chinese Musicians Association, director of the Art Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Educational Development Strategies, secretary-general of the Wuxi Musicians Association, winner of the Wuxi City "May 1st Labor Medal". Fang has won the gold medal in the ethnic group of the 12th National Urban Staff Singers Competition of the "General Cup", the "Peacock Award" for outstanding vocal instructors in national higher art colleges, and successfully held the "Jiangnan Fangyin" solo concert at the Wuxi Concert Hall., Wuxi Grand Theater held the "Folk Song Inheritance" series of concerts. She has presided over national, provincial and ministerial level projects, several quality courses on aesthetic education in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, and has written and published many monographs and papers.
