雅培运营管理培训生

雅培运营管理培训生项目是雅培全球范围内培养优秀运营管理人才的项目。运营管理培训生将被指派到雅培现有的生产运营组织机构中，雅培提供为期三年的在职轮岗，包括海外轮岗。通过在职培训，资深经理亲自带教及轮岗，运营管理培训生可以对雅培的业务有一个全面的认识，为将来在雅培公司长期的职业发展奠定基础。

Program Highlights

1. Operations PDP (OPDP) members begin their career at Abbott as a part of the 3-year Program designed to provide participants with a broad growth and development through breadth and depth of Operations experience.

2. Upon completion of the program, they graduate out into their next full-time post-program position and continue growing their career and contributing as an Abbott professional using the foundation of skills, experience and network developed during their time in the program.

Program Overview

1. Over the course of 3 years, an OPDP member will engage in three critical career experiences to accelerate learning.

2. There will be 3 different assignments in different divisions or in different functional areas of Technical, Supervisory and Operations Excellence.

3. There will be development & experience through rotation opportunities in Production, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Operation Excellence, etc.

Rotation Guidelines

1. 3 assignments (12 months each) in different division and/or in different functional areas.

2. No assignment is repeated; each is with a different Assignment Manager.

3. OPDP member starting the program in July 2024 will complete a three-year program with the final international (overseas) rotation ending in June 2027.

轮换指南

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in Engineering (Automation/Mechanical/Electrical), Automation, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related disciplines (Only for graduates of 2024)

2. Interest in pursuing a career in Operations – Production, Engineering, Plant Quality, etc.

3. Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities.

4. Has the capacity to apply skills and knowledge to address operational challenges and add value to the business.

5. Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Possess strong interpersonal, leadership & communication skills.

7. Eager to learn and has the flexibility and willingness to work on different projects.

8. Previous work experience in internship or co-op work experience.

9. Fluent in Mandarin and English.

雅培运营实习生

雅培运营实习生，旨在为雅培运营管理培训生项目储备人才，优秀的实习生将有机会作为运营管理培训生聘用。实习生将被指派到雅培现有的生产运营组织机构中实习。我们为渴望成长的优秀学生提供富有挑战性的项目实战历练，导师培养计划以及丰富的部门内外活动。实习生可以掌握先进的运营管理知识，同时有机会全方位锻炼个人能力，为职业生涯奠定坚实的基础。

实习时间：2023年6-8月

实习人数：若干

实习地点：上海张江，上海奉贤，浙江嘉兴，杭州下沙

要求：

•2024应届毕业，海内外重点高校全日制本科生或者硕士生

•生物技术，生物工程，药学/医药，食品工程，自动化，电气工程，机械工程，工业工程，高分子材料和工程，化学工程，应用化学等相关专业

•合作、创新、快速学习、优秀的沟通及语言表达能力、全球化思维

•有兴趣从事运营方面的工作，如生产、工程、工厂质量等

•有能力应用自己的技能和知识，来解决运营挑战并增加业务价值

•希望获得快速成长，愿意接受多样化的职业挑战及海外工作学习机会

•英语口语流利
