陆乃彦,江南大学食品学院教授、博导,营养与运动健康学科带头人,食品营养与健康副系主任,江南大学教务处处长助理,食品学院分团委副书记,“食育青芽”科普社团指导教师。兼任江南大学体育与健康研究基地负责人、江苏省运动健康促进会慢病营养与运动干预专家委员会主任、无锡市数理学会秘书长。南京大学博士,丹麦哥本哈根大学访问学者。主要从事营养与运动健康、膳食营养及功能产品开发、天然产物生物活性研究与应用等交叉领域的研究。主持国家自然基金项目2项、国家重点研发项目子课题1项、军委科技委创新特区项目1项、江苏省卫健委预防医学研究课题1项等国家和省级项目,主持企业委托项目二十余项。发表SCI国际学术论文70余篇,申请发明专利30余项,获中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖,主编教材1部,参编英文专著1部、教材2部。
