Yanfeng Jiang, Professor, got Ph.D degree from Lanzhou University, China, in 2000. He is now working in Department of Electronic Science & Engineering. His research interests include VLSI (Very-Large-Scale Integrated Circuit) design and characterization, semiconductor memory design, including MRAM, SRAM and DRAM, and novel integrated circuit design.

He is now acting as advisor of postgraduate students, recruiting both Ph.D candidate and Master student. For Ph.D candidate, the major should be related to Internet-of-Thing, including microelectronics, signal processing and automation.

For the students pursuing master degree, the major includes Electrical Science & Engineering, Integrated circuit Engineering.
