Jinlong Yangreceived the M.S. degree in Circuit and System from Northwest Normal University, China in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Xidian University, China in 2012.Hewasa visitingscholarinthe Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering,University of Wisconsin-MadisonfromDecember 2016toDecember 2017.Hehas been with theSchool of Internet of Things EngineeringatJiangnan University, as a lecturer from 2012 to 2014, an associate professor since 2014 and a Master student supervisor since 2014.His research interests includepatternrecognition,target tracking,image andsignal processing.
