博士，长期从事代数学与信息学方面的教学与科研工作。已在Applied Soft Computing,Communications in Algebra, Semigroup Forum, Publicationes Mathematicae, Algebra Colloqium,数学学报（中英文版），数学进展等国内外学术期刊公开发表论文50多篇，其中SCI(E)收录20余篇。以第二主持参与完成国家自然科学基金1项，山东省自然科学基金1项。目前以第二主持参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，青年基金1项，江苏省自然科学基金1项。获省高校优秀科研成果奖二等奖1项，三等奖3项，校教学比赛一等奖1项，获优秀硕士生导师称号。
