【学术简介】

博士,副教授,硕导。主要从事型微纳热电/光电能量转换器件方面的研究。近年来以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇,其中在中科院一区Top期刊上发表论文12篇,中科院二区期刊上发表论文11。指导本科生获国家级大创项目1项,发表SCI论文5篇,其中在中科院一区Top期刊上发表论文3篇。团队成员获得国家奖学金、江南大学十佳大学生、荣登《人民日报》国家奖学金获奖学生代表名录、江南大学本科优秀毕业论文等荣誉。

【研究领域】

1.太阳能开发与利用:主要包括对新型太阳能电池的开发与设计,太阳能性能模拟、评估与参数优化设计。特别是在太阳能热光发电技术方面,提出了提出并设计了一系列新材料、新概念的聚光型太阳能发电器件。

2.余废热回收利用:主要包括设计高效的石墨烯热离子能量转换器件、半导体基热光伏器件、高优质系数的热电材料与热电器件、新型热辐射发电器件等。上述器件可对不同品位的余废热进行有效利用,从而实现高效的热电能量转换,对于促进节能减排,实现碳达峰、碳中和目标具有重要意义。

3.器件热管理与热设计:动力电池、燃料电池和电动空调为新能源汽车电动化的关键部件,热管理对新能源汽车动力电池、燃料电池、电动空调及整车性能具有决定性影响,是新能源汽车研究与开发的核心技术。通过模拟仿真软件COMSOLFloTHERM实现新能源动力电池、电动汽车、电子产品的有效热管理,进行产热分析、热管理系统建模及散热系统设计,基于不同目标和发展需求进行对应的热设计和控制策略。
