【学术简介】
博士,副教授,江南大学理学院信息与计算科学系教师。主要从事生物信息学中复杂疾病相关非编码RNA生物标志物识别、基于计算方法的精准药物研发等方面的研究。在Briefings in Bioinformatics、Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids、Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling、RNA Biology等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,论文被引用合计700余次,一篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。担任Briefings in Bioinformatics、BMC Bioinformatics、BMC Genomics、Frontiers in Microbiology等杂志审稿人。获江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果奖二等奖,主持江苏省研究生科研与实践创新计划项目一项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目一项,参与中国矿业大学重大项目培育专项一项。
