讲座内容简介：

Differentiable manifolds are flexible, but complex manifolds are rigid. It follows that differentiable manifolds do not have deformations while complex manifolds have deformations. For example, a hypersurface in a complex projective space can be deformed by changing the defining equation. I will explain the deformation theory of complex manifolds and describe their moduli spaces by taking examples of tori and K3 surfaces. If time permits, I will explain generalization to non-commutative deformations.
