A、Medical guidelines
Place and time of acceptance
Huaxia Zhong Lu, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China
Monday to Friday, 8:00-10:30 a.m. (except legal holidays, January-March, 8:30 a.m.),no physical examination in the afternoon
Materials
1.Id card: original passport + one copy (photo page + visa page/visa-free entry page + information change page)
2.2-inch photos of the same color certificate with a bareheaded head taken in the last six months.
3.If you have the overseas health examination record within six months, please bring the original health examination record issued by the hospital designated by the embassy of your country (or region) for your reference, including the original medical examination report and the original X-ray film.
Instructions for Physical Examination
1.An empty stomach is required on the day of physical examination, and a light diet should be paid attention to three days before the examination;
2.If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, please inform the medical staff in advance. X-ray examination is strictly prohibited.
3.Do not wear metal decorations during X-ray examination;
4.Female subjects should avoid menstruation;
5.Only RMB 497 in cashis supported for the time being;
6.For vaccination, please refer to the vaccination menu.
Abnormal review
1.If abnormal conditions are found in the physical examination and need to be reviewed, please come to the center within the specified time with your id card according to the notice.
2.The certificate shall be issued according to the result of re-examination or further examination.
Guidance notes
1.The checker (or client) collects evidence on the spot. If the physical examination result is qualified, the physical examination holder (or client) shall hold the Certificate of Evidence and collect evidence at the certificate issuing window according to the specified time (the certificate of evidence shall indicate the time of evidence collection).
